Any transaction or interaction you have with a third-party vendor is solely between you and that vendor. Peptide Portal is not a party to any such transaction and bears no responsibility for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from such interactions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Services
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptide Portal and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of any rights of another party.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature (if available). All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the parties' original intent.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Peptide Portal regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
