• Grant Peptide Portal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content
• Represent that you own or have the rights to submit the content and that the content does not violate any third-party rights
• Acknowledge that User Content may be visible to other users and the public
• Agree not to submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, illegal, or otherwise objectionable

We do not endorse any User Content and are not responsible for its accuracy, completeness, or legality. We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion without notice.

Peptide Portal aggregates and displays information about third-party vendors, including pricing, product offerings, purity claims, and business practices. This information is compiled from publicly available sources, vendor submissions, and user contributions.

We do not independently verify all vendor claims and make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or legality of any vendor or their products or services. Listing a vendor on Peptide Portal does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of quality, safety, or legality.

Any transaction or interaction you have with a third-party vendor is solely between you and that vendor. Peptide Portal is not a party to any such transaction and bears no responsibility for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from such interactions.

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the compilation thereof) are owned by Peptide Portal, its licensors, or content suppliers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services, except as permitted by these Terms or with our express written consent.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPTIDE PORTAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; that defects will be corrected; that the Services or servers are free of viruses or harmful components; or that the information provided through the Services is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or suitable for any purpose.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PEPTIDE PORTAL, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

• Your use or inability to use the Services
• Any information, content, or materials obtained from or through the Services
• Any transaction or relationship between you and any third-party vendor
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Services

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptide Portal and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature (if available). All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the parties' original intent.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Peptide Portal regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
